Not receiving notifications from action item for emailing user if workflow fails despite it be configured for all Self-Service Workflows. Test messages are received when clicking the "Test notification settings" button within the settings of this Action item.
Scenarios:
Scenario 1: Able to receive notification email for failure & successful workflows after modifying default workflow like moving ‘Email user if workflow fails’ over ‘Restart workflow if error occurs’ & ‘Email user if workflow succeeds’.
Scenario 2: Unable to get email for failure workflow if ‘Email user if workflow fails’ is under ‘Restart workflow if error occurs.
Scenario 3: Able to get email for failure & successful workflows if ‘Restart workflow if error occurs’ is placed at the end of workflow.
