Is it possible to use 2FA for the helpdesk site other then Starling? -
Cause
Enhancement Request to allow other 2FA tools for the helpdesk and Admin sites VSTS114707 -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Any 2FA within the workflow is directed at the end user not the helpdeks person, however with Starling you can enforce 2FA for the helpdesk site itself. Within the PMAdmin site-> One Identity Starling. (see screen shot attached)
STATUS:
