When there is a password policy the helpdesk is unable to reset a user account Password by right clicking on the the Password and selecting copy then right clicking within the PMHelpdesk site password field and selecting Paste.
WORKAROUND:
Workaround is to use ctrl c ctrl v to copy and past the Password into the PMHelpdesk site when changing the user’s password.
