Password Manager installation fails with the following error: Unknown user name or bad password
Specifying correct user name and password for Password Manager service account does not resolve the issue.

WORKAROUND 1 (Recommended)
WORKAROUND 2
Install the product specifying the server's local administrator account as the Password Manager service account
NOTE: Although Password Manager will be installed, the domain controller visibility issues might not be resolved and might prevent the product from functioning correctly.
WORKAROUND 3
Verify that the User account Control (UAC) on the server is turned down during the installation as it may cause the error in this solution.
WORKAROUND 4
Go to Control | Administrative Tools and click Local Security Policy > Local Policies > User Rights Assignment, "Deny access to this computer from the network", check if the account was set to "Local account and Member of Administrator Group".
