Reports are empty or not showing up to date data (4221208)

If Password Manager was just deployed, the reports may be empty or not show much data.

Wait for the scheduled task to run during its normal scheduled time or change it to run soon. To view the schedule and modify it, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Admin Site
2. Click General Settings
3. Click Scheduled Tasks
4. The User Status Statistics task is used to populate the data in the reports. The task will show when it is scheduled to run, the last time it ran and the status of the last run
5. To change the schedule, click Edit
6. You can change how frequently it runs as well as the time at which it runs.
   Note: It is recommended to run this only once a day or less often in larger environments as the task may not complete within the allotted time-frame. Each environment will differ and as such, testing will determine what best works for your environment.
