NTLM Authentication is generating numerous transactions daily in the Windows Security Event logs when Kerberos is enabled.

Cause
This has been logged as product Defect ID#: 300191. When using an Access account instead of using the Password Manager default service account for the domain connection. The transactions are logged as NTLM Authentication instead of using Kerberos Authentication. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Use the Built-in Password Manager Domain account if possible over using an Access account. This will ensure Kerberos is used as the authentication type.
SOLUTION:
This issue has been identified as a product defect and has been given Defect ID#: 300191. Waiting for a fix in a future release of Password Manager.Please contact your Sales Account Manager for current status updates. -
