The following error is encountered when Do not allow users to search for their accounts is configured:
No matching accounts have been found. Check your user name and try again
The following scenario will cause the error "No matching accounts have been found. Check your user name and try again" to be displayed when inputting the user's identifying attribute value.
Since the user's UPN matches that of Domain B due to the domain alias applied, Password Manager is unaware of this and is going to search for that user account in Domain B. It will be unable to find the user because the user resides in Domain A.
RESOLUTION 1
Configure Allow users to search for their accounts instead. When searching for a user, both domains will be searched.
RESOLUTION 2
If Do not allow users to search for their accounts needs to remain the configured option, also check off Show the domain list to allow users to select their domain to allow the users to select the appropriate domain they're in.
