When Password Manager is evaluating SiteCost for Domain Controller connectivity, no errors are logged if a failure occurs, and the Domain Controller at fault is not noted.

Product Limitation.
Resolution
Enhancement Request ID# 256690 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Password Manager, to improve logging on SiteCost related failures.
