When editing the ‘Email user if workflow fails' email templates the HTML button does not open a new window for editing.
This affects ALL ‘Email user if workflow fails’ email templates only.
Workaround:
When the HTML button is clicked the popup does open but it opens outside of the visible screen.
To see the popup simply
Alternatively the HTML can be edited in the ‘Email user if workflow fails’ emails if accessed directly from within each individual workflow.
