Description
When attempting to use the Password Manager Secure Password Extension (SPE) from the Windows logon screen, the following error is received:
Service not available. Please contact your administrator.
One Identity Secure Password Extension is not configured properly. Please specify the URL path to the Password Self-service site.
Upon further investigation, it is found that the SPE is properly configured.

Cause
The client PC does not have an internet connection. -
Resolution
Configure the client PC to connect to Wi-Fi automatically or utilize a hard wired connection, otherwise the PC will be unable to connect to the Password Manager URL from the logon screen.
