'The server cannot handle directory requests.' with system <<Active Directory>> (4266507)

When attempting to reset a password, the following error is observed:

'The server cannot handle directory requests.' with system <<Active Directory>>

The Domain Controller Password Manager is attempting to perform operations against may be experiencing issues.

Change the Domain Controller Password Manager uses to perform operations, and/or resolve any issues with the Domain Controller.

To change the Operational DC:

1. Launch the PMAdmin Site
2. Navigate to General Settings | Domain Connections
3. locate the Domain and click Edit
4. Select the Advanced Settings tab
5. Modify the settings as desired
