The following error is detected when a user registers initially using the ‘Mobile’ option and then ‘Email’ option.
"Failed to update user's Q&A profile"
"There is no optional question with id:{0}"
Product Defect
Workaround:
If a user registers using the “Questions and Answers” option then they can successfully register using either the “Email” or the “Mobile” option.
Resolution:
Download and install the following hotfix on al instances of Password Manager
