When entering credentials into the Helpdek site the following error is reported
“Please Enter No More than 8 Characters”

Cause
A third party Password Vault called LastPass (https://www.lastpass.com) is configured to limit passwords to 8 characters.

Resolution
Reconfigure LastPass to use Passwords with the appropriate number of characters.
