Description
On the 1st of December 2019, One Identity Starling will use a new web SSL certificate, signed by the Sectigo certificate authority.

Resolution
For most products using Starling Two Factor Authentication you should ensure that your operating system the product is running on is fully up to date. The root certificate is attached to this KB for your convenience.
Safeguard for Privilege Passwords does need extra steps. Please see this article for details.
