Web Interface Customization error. (4267086)

In the PM Admin site the following error is reported when navigating to 'General Settings | Web Interface Customization'

All other Password Manager features perform as expected.

Info:

System.Runtime.InteropServices.ExternalException (0x80004005): A generic error occurred in GDI+.

This has previously happened immediately after Password Manager was upgraded or reinstalled and may be caused by a corruption during the installation / upgrade.

One or other of the following two resolutions fixed the issue in the reported cases to date.

Resolution 1.

1. Enable verbose logging. ‘PMAdmin | General Settings | Logging | Verbose Logging’
2. Navigate to ‘PMAdmin | General Settings | Web Interface Customization’ and see if the problem has now been resolved.
3. Disable verbose logging.

Resolution 2.

1. Export the Password Manager config. ‘PMAdmin | General Settings | Import/Export | Export’
2. On the Password Manager service box delete the contents of the following folder.

‘C:\ProgramData\One Identity\Password Manager’

1. Uninstall Password Manager
2. Reinstall Password Manager
3. Import the config previously exported.
4. Verify that the error is cleared.
