Error 'value cannot be null. Parameter name: s” in History | Reporting
Description

In PMAdmin | Reporting | History the following error occurrs:

value cannot be null. Parameter name: s and the History list is not displayed.
Cause

Either corrupt EAF data, or connectivity to the database has been lost.
Resolution
Resolution 1:
1. Stop the Password Manager Server service
2. Navigate to C:\ProgramData\One Identity\EAF
3. Delete the contents in the EAF folder
4. Start the Password Manager Server service
5. Navigate to PMAdmin | General Settings | Scheduled Tasks
6. Run User Status Statistics
7. Once the task has completed, navigate to Reporting and confirm the issue is resolved
Resolution 2:

If resolution 1 does not solve the issue, do the following:
1. Stop the Password Manager Server service
2. Navigate to C:\ProgramData\One Identity\EAF
3. Delete the contents in the EAF folder
4. Start the Password Manager Server service
5. Navigate to PMAdmin | Reporting
6. Click Disconnect servers
7. Click Ok when prompted
8. Click Edit Connections and follow the wizard to create a new database
9. Once reconfigured, navigate to PMAdmin | General Settings | Scheduled Tasks
10. Run User Status Statistics
11. Once the task has completed, navigate to Reporting and confirm the issue is resolved
