An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessing Aborted) (4267601)

When upgrading from Password Manager 5.6.2 to 5.7.x or when implementing security hotfix SOL214947-5.6.2 there is a requirement to execute an MSSQL query if the current reporting database is to be used in the upgraded instance of Password Manager. This query is published in the online and pdf versions of the Admin guide. The following error may be reported when running the “User Status (table)” report

"An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessing Aborted)"

If the query is copied directly from the Admin Guide then the some hidden extra characters such as ‘newline’ may be added and the query may not execute correctly.

1. Download the file Query.zip file attached, unzip, open it in a basic test editor and copy the contents into Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. This is formatted correctly with no unwanted characters.
2. Execute the query against the database that is being used.
3. Verify that the error is no longer reported when running the “User Status (table)” report.
