Resolution 2
Check that the permissions for the Application Pool Identity account are not missing from each of the app_data folders located in the Admin, Helpdesk & SelfService folders in C:\Program Files\One Identity\ Password Manager\Web.
Please note: If the SelfService site is installed on a DMZ server ensure that the Application Pool Identity account used to install this feature has permissions on the Password Manager host for the SelfService folder in C:\Program Files\One Identity\Password Manager\Web. If the account does not have permissions, the logo will not display on the SelfService site on the DMZ server.
Resolution 3
If the logo was recently changed, restart IIS on both the internal and external servers.
