HTTP ERROR 403.503 – Forbidden
Description

When attempting to log on to the Admin site the following error is reported
Cause

In IIS there is a restriction set for either an IP Address or a Domain
Resolution
1. Open IIS
2. Navigate to the PMAdmin > IIS > IP Address & Domain Restrictions
1. Check the entries listed for any Allow or Deny restrictions
1. Even if the "Mode" may state "Allow" the entry may still be configured for "Deny" so click on "Edit Feature Settings" to see what the active access entry is and change as required.
