Password Manager 5.8 has introduced a new email parameter which will allow administrators to customise emails with a company / department name.
Resolution
To customise the PRODUCT_NAME_SHORT_CUSTOM parameter.
1. Stop the Password Manager service
2. Open the following file in a text editor
C:\Program Files\One Identity\Password Manager\Service\Resources\productinfo.xml
1. Search for “productNameShortCustom”
2. Update the ‘CDATA’ value
1. Save the file
2. Start the Password Manager service
3. Configure and send an email
