Error “Failed to export configuration settings” -
Description
When installing hotfix 213236 the following error was reported when attempting to export configuration settings.
"Failed to export configuration settings
Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Cause
In the local.storage file the primary instance was set to secondary.

Resolution
All instances of Password Manager within a realm must be designated either a 'Primary' or 'Secondary' in their respective 'Local.storage' files. Only one instance can be designated as the primary instance.
Even if there is only a single instance of Password Manager in the realm it is vital that the value on line 12 of the 'Local storage' file is set to 'Primary'
