Maximum Password Age Pass/Fail Color Indicators Are Incorrect. (4271603)

When using "Windows Fine Grained Password Policies" the pass/fail colour indicators are sometimes incorrect. The following image shows Green for "Minimum Password Age" and Red for "Maximum Password Age". Both of these indicators should be Green.

Product Defect:

The problem is with the regional format on the Password Manager Web Server and how the Password Manager application handles this.

Workaround:

1. On the Password Manager Web Server check what the “Region and Language Format” is

2. Change the regional format to English (United States).

3. Reset IIS
4. Verify that the pass/fail colour indicators are correct.

If there is more than one Password Manage instance in the realm then this change should be applied to all of them.
