You may have noticed the following error logged in the Event for the Helpdesk site:

This is by design. The error is logged when the helpdesk site times out and the user clicks on the OK button from the presented warning message.
An Enhancement Request (TF00623511) has been created to suppress those errors from event logs for helpdesk site, when operator is not logged in.
STATUS
The product team will evaluate the request and this feature may become available on a future release of the product.
