Description
Chrome shows the following error when loading the Password Manager Self-service site:
ERR_SPDY_INADEQUATE_TRANSPORT_SECURITY
The issue does not occur with IE or Firefox.

Cause
Google protocol SPDY is blocking a cipher or hash option set in the Password Manager W2016/IIS server. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:The SPYD protocol can be disabled from the Password Manager server IIS box following below steps:1.- Open the registry editor.Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\HTTP\Parameters2.- Create the following entries:EnableHttp2Tls REG_DWORD 0EnableHttp2Cleartext REG_DWORD 03.- Reboot the Password Manager Server.NOTE:One Identity does not provide support for problems that arise from improper modification of the registry. The Windows registry contains information critical to your computer and applications. Make sure you back up the registry before modifying it.
