When the Offline Password Reset needs the user to input his or her user name, the text is not completely displayed:
WORKAROUND:
There is not workaround for this issue. It is worth mention that this issue occurs very rarely, the reason behind is because this issue only occurs when clicking on the "Other user" tile.
When a user has previously logged on into windows there is no such dialog and there is no issue.
3.- Because the user cannot remember the password clicks on the "Offline Password Reset" link.
4.- Then clicks on "Siguiente". It does not require the username details because the user is already identified by the tile. As soon as the user has reset password on the User web site and enter the code and new password, it will get a status screen without any fields.
STATUS:
Bug TF00776608 has been raised to fix this issue in a future release of Password Manager.
