Password manager stops for a about 10 minutes and works again after a while. This is a repetitive issue. Users get the following message when the issue occurs:
When the IIS App Pool runs under the security context of an Active Directory user account, that account needs to have their user profile loaded on the IIS host in order to access the cryptographic keys on that host.
This flag is not necessary when the IIS App Pool is running in the default configuration of a local computer account, like the default ApplicationPoolIdentity.
Enhancement Request ID 249567 has been created to add this necessary configuration step into the Password Manager Quick Start Guide when using this alternate configuration.
