Password Manager (PM) reports are normally accessed from the PMAdmin site.
Sometimes it is desirable that these reports are viewed by users who do not normally have account privileges to access the admin site.
By design.
PM reports can be accessed from any computer on the same network as long as the user has the correct permissions and the required ports are open.
For a full list of ports here: Password Manager Ports
User permissions are assigned by the MSSQL Database Administrator (DBA) and are independent of the permissions required to successfully install and administer PM
The URL for PM reports is configured in Reporting Server Configuration Manager (RSCM) and is normally in the format
http://(server_name)/(report_server)/), where (server_name) is the name of the server where Report Server resides, (report_server) is the name of the report server instance.
