In a attempt to save the data configuration such as range date and database name, the "Save" button does not work and is not able to save the Archive/Clear DB setting.
Password Manager event viewer shows the following.
"Result: CriticalError
at System.Web.Mvc.Async.AsyncControllerActionInvoker.b__0(AsyncCallback asyncCallback, Object asyncState)"
This is a product defect (249542, 278371)
WORKAROUND
Set the region Formats on Windows Server as English (United States) and under Administrative tab the System Locale as English (United States).
NOTE: A reboot on Password Manager server is required when changing the System Locale settings.
