When users try logging on to our servers they receive "The configuration file has been changed by another program. D:\PasswordManager\Service\QPM.Service.Host.exe.Config)"

Cause
Corrupted file. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
When product files become corrupted the best course of action is to re-install the base application.
- Back up the existing configuration from within the PMAdmin site | general settings | import/export | create an export file
- Remove Password Manager from Add/Remove programs (programs and features)
- Re-install Password Manager using the installation media.
NOTE: Re-installing Password Manager will not remove any configuration as the PMAdmin site configuration files are stored with the program data directory which is not touched during the re-installation process. It is recommended to collect an export from step one just for back up.
