WORKAROUND
When product files become corrupted the best course of action is to re-install the base application.
NOTE: Re-installing Password Manager will not remove any configuration as the PMAdmin site configuration files are stored with the program data directory which is not touched during the re-installation process. It is recommended to collect an export from step one just for back up.
