How to set the following Password rules:
*At least 8 characters.
*At least 1 numeric character (0-9).
*English uppercase (A-Z) or lowercase (a-z) characters or special characters.
*You may not use your id as part of the password.
*The password may not contain the same character repeated 3 times in a row.
*You may not reuse any of the last 10 passwords. -

There is no Password History Policy Rule when configuring a Password Manager Policy. This setting is configured in the Domain Password Group Policy:
The Forgot My Password workflow have an option to enforce Password History. The password history that is enforced comes from the Domain Password policy configured:
