Cause
Anonymous authentication is set for the Password Manager administration site -
Resolution
Follow the steps below to confirm if Anonymous authentication is set for the administration web site.
- Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
- Expand the server name listed
- Expand Sites
- Expand Default Web Site
- Click on QPMAdmin
- Double click Authentication
- Confirm if Anonymous Authentication is enabled
- Click Anonymous Authentication and select Disable from the Actions menu
