When attempting to reset a user's password using Password Manager, or when authenticating against the domain, the operation fails with the error:
Password is incorrect, please try again
The user has the User Must Change Password at Next Logon flag set in Active Directory.
WORKAROUND 1
Retrying the password reset attempt will usually succeed.
WORKAROUND 2
In the PMAdmin Site, as a Password Manager Administrator, edit the Domain Connection and set the Active Directory PDC Emulator as a preferred server.
