Description
When visiting the Web Interface using either Google Chrome or Edge Chromium, a security error is encountered:
This site uses an outdated security configuration
Details: ERR_SSL_OBSOLETE_VERSION
The Web Interface will still function as expected.

Cause
Starting with Chromium 72, Google has deprecated support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1:
https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2018/12/chrome-72-deps-rems
If either of these protocols are still enabled on the Web Interface host (which they are, by default on all Windows Servers) then this error message will be encountered in the browser.

Follow this Microsoft solution to enable TLS 1.2 on the Web Interface host.
