Popup notification for remind users to create/update Q&A profiles is not working within secure password manager -
Cause
The affected users belong to a group that is nested inside of a group that is denied access for enforcement rule -
Resolution
Please follow the steps below to remove the nested groups from the user enforcement rule.
- Login to the administration web interface PMAdmin
- Expand User Enforcement Rules
- Left click on Remind Users to Create/Update Q&A Profiles
- Click the Configure button next to Management Policy's user scope
- Highlight the groups to be removed
- Click the Remove button
- Click the OK button
- Click the Save button
