Description
When trying to register using the SPE (Secure Password Extension) and having configured to use mail as the account attribute for identification the SPE fails with Critical Error Please contact your Administrator. -
Cause
Product Defect 455650 -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Change the logon option to Users must enter their logon names for identification on the Self-Service site. This will enable the already used method (mail attribute) but will enable the samaccountname access through the SPE.
STATUS
This will fixed in a future release of Password Manager.
