After upgrading Password Manager and navigating to General Settings | Realm Instances the following error is encountered:
System error occurred. For more information, view the event log. -
Cause
Two different versions of Password Manager share the same realm instance.

Resolution
Running two different versions of Password Manager sharing the same realm is not a supported configuration.
Upgrade and keep all server instances with the same Password Manager version.
