Web Interface Customization is not getting applied after upgrading Password Manager
Description

Web Interface Customization is not being applied after upgrading Password Manager to a new version.
Cause

Lack of permission for the Application Pool account under the \One Identity\Password Manager\Web\SelfService\App_Data folder.
Resolution

Make sure the Application Pool service account has the minium permissions granted as per the KB4227388
