While trying to integrate DUO with Password Manager, getting Error: "Your Organization needs to upgrade this application to the DUO Universal Prompt".
Cause

DUO Universal Prompt is not supported in Password Manager up to and including 5.14.3. Password Manager only supports DUO 2FA.
