End users are unable to access the Password Manager self-service portal.
Certificate has been renewed.
Workaround:
When the certificate used to established secure communication between the Password Manager sites and the Password Manager service has been renewed, the PMSelfservice as well as the PMHelpdesk sites must be re-initialized following below steps:
To reinitialize the Password Manager Self-Service site - PMSelfService
1.- On the Password Manager server hosting the PMSelfService site, navigate to:
C:\Program Files\One Identity\Password Manager\Web\SelfService\App_Data
2.- Backup WcfConnectionSettings.xml and then delete the original
Note: Do not delete WcfConnectionSettings.default
3.- Launch the Self-Service site and the “PMSelfservice/Initialization” page will appear in the browser window.

1.- On the Password Manager server hosting the PMSelfService site, navigate to:
C:\Program Files\One Identity\Password Manager\Web\Helpdesk\App_Data
