How to hide the dropdown domain menu from self-service portal (4380185)

Multiple domains are showing as available to be selected and searched for users from the self-service portal.

If multiple domains were added in Password Manager and those domains appear from the self-service portal, it can be hidden by enabling the "Search in multiple domains" option from the Search and Login Options.

1 - Log into the PMAdmin portal;

2 - Navigate to the General Settings | Search and Logon Options;

3 - Under the Allow users to search for their accounts, disable the option Search in multiple domains;

OR

4 - Under the Do not allow users to search for their accounts, disable the option Show the domain list to allow users to select their domain.

Please note that disabling this option the users will be required to enter their logon names in one of the following formats:

• username@mydomain.com (UPN);
• MYDOMAIN\username.
