Pmselfservice page loads slowly (4380630)

When accessing the product through the default URL /pmselfservice, the page may take approximately 30 seconds to load. This initialization process is expected behavior and can result in a noticeable delay when first accessing the default /pmselfservice URL.

The delay occurs because the /pmselfservice virtual IIS site performs initialization tasks before redirecting to the login page.

WORKAROUND

To reduce the delay, users can bypass the /pmselfservice initialization page and access the login page directly by navigating to:

/pmselfservice/login
