Unhandled exception - Password Manager service crash (4384307)

When Password Manager fail-safe is enabled (default option), a realm topology change causes an unhandled exception causing a Password Manager Workflow service crash.

The Password Manager fail-safe functionality causes this issue. 

Status:
The Password Manager product team has raised defect #729767. A fix for this issue will be included in a future version of Password Manager.

Workaround:
Disable the fail-safe functionality on each Password Manager service host by setting the following registry value:
