Offline qpm cache is not working while the primary pmplugin central server is not available
Description

The cache file is not being created therefore there is no offilne cache. During offline caching logs are stored locally
/var/opt/quest/qpm4u/offline (event_logs, iologs)
Cause

An issue with the pmpolicy service account. or the ssh authorization key file of the pmpolicy service account.
Resolution

RESOLUTION:
1 - Unconfigure and unjoin the PM sudo plugin
pmjoin_plugin -u
2 - Join the policy server
pmjoin_plugin <policy server name>
3 - Check policy plugin and show details of prod policy on this host
pmpolicyplugin -s
4 - ifconfig eth0 down
5 - sudo su -
6 - List the policy revisions
/opt/quest/sbin/pmpolicy log
