When trying to view Trend Analysis in Quest Privilege Manager Reporting Console it times out and gives the following error.
"Unable to connect to server. Could not connect to "hostname", server may be offline."
This can be caused if the port that was configured during setup is blocked.
By default the port that gets configured is 6666 to allow pmrcqueryservice to collect the required data. That port need to be made available to function correctly.
