Description
When an agent is trying to register with the master this error message is returned.
** Register with master:mastername.domain [FAIL]
- ERROR: 9000 Master mastername.domain refused registration request -
Cause
This can happen if the filesystem on the master is full or the master cannot write to the logs for some reason.

Resolution
Ensure the filesystem is not full and the permissions on the log files allow write.
