We are excited to announce a new version of Password Manager 5.5.3 which is now ready for download.
This release primarily contains fixes for previously reported product issues with the top 5 listed below. Please see Release Notes for full details of corrections and improvements.
- 430901 - Self-Service Site
Fixed: The Self-Service site's pages for changing and resetting passwords may have the cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability.
- 429998 - Password Manager
After you change the database used by Password Manager, Password Manager attempts to connect to the old database until the Password Manager Service is restarted.
- 435265 - Secure Password Extension
Fixed: If Secure Password Extension is installed on a computer, the following issue may occur: when a local user logs on to the computer, the Active Directory user account with the identical username gets locked after some time.
- 421396 - Password Manager
Fixed: Password Manager sites may have the following security vulnerability issue: you can run the sites in IFrame.
- 438925 - Migration Wizard
Fixed: When you convert users' Q&A profiles with hashed answers from version 4.x to 5.5.x using the Migration Wizard, the following issue may occur: on the Manage My Q&A Profile page, blank fields are displayed instead of users' answers masked with asterisks.
