This is your official notice that, on October 16, 2017, we will be discontinuing Defender Soft Token for BlackBerry 7, 6, and 5 and Defender Soft Token for BlackBerry QNX. After this date, these apps will no longer be available for download from the BlackBerry World app store and technical support for them will no longer be available.

For devices running BlackBerry 10 we recommend you switch to the Defender Soft Token for BlackBerry 10 app. 

For devices running BlackBerry OS 7, 6, or 5, you can configure Defender to send one-time passwords using SMS.

Your Account Manager is available to discuss any particular questions you have regarding the retirement of Defender Soft Token for BlackBerry 7, 6, and 5 and Defender Soft Token for BlackBerry QNX. If you need assistance in locating your Account Manager, visit the Contact Us page.
