Thank you for your continued support of One Identity solutions. This is your official notice that all versions of One Identity Enterprise Single Sign-On will commence limited support 19-Dec-2019 and reach end of support on 19-Dec-2020. After this date, One Identity technical support will no longer be available for this product. After 19-Dec-2020, our partner Aventex, a consulting firm whose founders and key executives worked for Evidian, the original author of One Identity ESSO, will be offering independent support services.

Today Aventex is an ESSO expertise center, as such, Aventex resells Evidian ESSO technology offering support and professional services. Aventex executives work hard to make sure that their ESSO clients’ and support issues are fully addressed. As a long-time partner of Quest and One Identity, Aventex is keen to take over any expired One Identity ESSO Support subscriptions, and will be reaching out to make contact as support agreements approach expiration.
