Password Manager 5.9.3
One Identity has discovered an issue with the most recent release of Password Manager 5.9.3. This issue may cause customers who have recently upgraded or installed version 5.9.3 to experience an issue when users attempt to update their questions and answers profile. Users may receive “Access is denied” and will be unable to continue the process.
This issue is only present for customers who have upgraded or installed Password Manager with the minimum permissions model. Customers who utilize an account with Domain Administrator permission are not impacted.
One Identity is currently working on producing a hotfix which may be applied to any system which has been impacted or as a preventive measure for new installs which plan to utilize the minimum permission model.
