One Identity Defender - Notification of Change to Sub-Processor for Defender

In compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation, we are notifying representatives of each of our customer accounts about any new sub-processor we will be using.

We are adding Google Firebase as a data sub-processor. We intend to start using Google Firebase to process data no sooner than April 2nd, 2021.

Purpose of sub-processing:

Defender will start using Google Firebase for mobile push notification support.

Vetting we have completed:

We have conducted a review of Google Firebase security processes as documented at https://cloud.google.com/security/gdpr and https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy, and are satisfied that they have programs in place that will protect our customers' data according to industry best practices.
